We invite you to read carefully the following points relating to Plutonis products and services, together with the Terms and Conditions set out further below.
- Responsibility for investment. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the contents or from investment decisions taken by the user: the risk lies entirely with the latter.
- Information, not advice. The contents are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or a personalised investment recommendation.
- Independent research. Before investing, the user is required to carry out their own checks (due diligence) independently.
- Professional advice. If in doubt, the user should consult an authorised financial adviser.
- Investment risks. The value of financial instruments may vary over time; past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Transparency. Any interests of the author in the companies or instruments mentioned in the articles are declared in the text itself.

Terms and Conditions.
1. Contracting parties
Publisher, Sylectio Ltd, with registered office at 41 Devonshire Street, Ground Floor, London, SW1Y 4PE, United Kingdom, VAT number GB 387514955, hereinafter «the Publisher».
User/Consumer, the natural person who purchases or uses Plutonis products and services for purposes unrelated to any professional activity of their own, hereinafter «the User».
2. Definitions
- Conditions, these general conditions of purchase and use, applicable to all Plutonis products and services.
- Products, the editorial contents made available by the Publisher: books and guides, video courses, audio contents and educational services.
- Additional support, complementary services (for example discussion groups, spreadsheets, periodic updates) provided free of charge and at the Publisher's discretion; they do not constitute a contractually owed service and may be modified or suspended at any time.
3. Description of the products
Each Product includes video and/or audio material and an accompanying digital ebook. Indicative duration of the main contents:
- Sistema Plutonis, around 5 hours of video content + digital ebook.
- Plutonis Prime, around 12 hours of video content + digital ebook.
- Audiolibro Plutonis System, around 2 hours of audio content + ebook.
- Best of «Private Club», around 1 hour of video content + ebook.
- Il Potere delle Opzioni, around 6 hours of video content + ebook.
- Quantum Masterclass Lite, around 21 hours of video content + ebook.
- Quantum Masterclass Pro, around 33 hours of video content + ebook.
- Upgrade a Pro, around 12 hours of video content + ebook.
- Momentum Masterclass Pro, around 20 hours of video content + ebook.
- Sferae Masterclass, around 4 hours of video content + ebook.
4. Purchase and payment
The purchase takes place online through the User's registration and completion of the order form on the site. Payment may be made in a single instalment or, where provided for the chosen Product, through monthly instalments. Accepted payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club) and bank transfer. Completing the order requires acceptance of the cookies necessary for the purchase process to work.
5. Prices and VAT
All prices shown are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. The Publisher reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price charged to the User is in any case the one published on the site at the time the order is sent.
6. Automatic renewal
Subscription Products (for example «Plutonis Daily News» and «Sferae Annual») have a duration of 12 months and renew automatically on expiry, unless cancelled by the User. The Publisher sends notice by email at least 30 days before renewal. Payments already made are not refundable, save for the application of the right of withdrawal where applicable.
7. Intellectual property
The structure of the site, the layout, the source code, the texts, the images and every other published content are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by copyright law. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or communication to the public is prohibited.
8. User obligations
- Provide correct and up-to-date personal details at registration and purchase.
- Use the Products and services exclusively for the purposes for which they are provided.
- Do not use the contents for commercial promotion, sending unsolicited communications (spam) or unauthorised sharing with third parties.
- The ebooks are granted for strictly personal use: their redistribution, in whole or in part, is not permitted.
- In the event of failure to pay a monthly instalment, the Publisher may suspend access to the contents until the position is regularised.
- Attendance at in-person events requires correct and respectful behaviour towards staff and other participants.
- Breach of the intellectual property provisions entails a contractual penalty of 100,000 €, without prejudice to any greater damages.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under the legislation applicable to distance contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- to digital contents supplied on a non-tangible medium, once performance has begun with the User's express consent;
- to sealed audio, video or software media, once opened by the User;
- to events with a specific delivery date, once that date has passed.
10. Limitation of liability
The Publisher is not liable for delays, disruptions or suspensions arising from force majeure, malfunctions of third-party services, cyber attacks or improper use of the Products by the User. Nor is it responsible for any errors in the contents, breaches of third-party rights committed by the User, loss of earnings or breaches of data security not directly attributable to the Publisher.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes involving the User in their capacity as a consumer, the court of the place of the User's residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
12. Special clauses · Plutonis Daily News
«Plutonis Daily News» is a subscription lasting 12 months which gives access, through personal credentials, to exclusive financial contents published on a daily basis. In the absence of cancellation communicated before expiry, the subscription renews automatically. In the event of cancellation or non-renewal, access to the contents is revoked at the end of the current period.
13. Special clauses · Insider Accelerator
«Insider Accelerator» combines an in-depth ebook with a path of 52 weekly tutoring sessions (minimum duration 45 minutes each), led by Stefano Lokar Pignatari. The sessions take place live or in recorded format, with a maximum of 100 participants connected by webcam; the Publisher communicates the time of each session with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions not attended do not give the right to a later catch-up. The tutoring covers exclusively the contents of the Product and does not constitute personalised financial advice; the Publisher provides no insurance cover relating to participation.
Privacy Policy.
We process personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Below is the essential information on the processing.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
- Browsing data, IP addresses, timestamp, browser and device information, collected automatically during browsing.
- Data provided voluntarily, name, email address and other data entered in the site's forms.
- Data from social login, where the User chooses to authenticate through a Facebook or Google account.
3. Purposes of the processing
- performance of the contract and pre-contractual activities;
- compliance with legal obligations and management of any disputes;
- provision of the services and browsing of the site;
- direct email marketing on similar services, personalised marketing/profiling and statistical purposes, subject to consent where required.
The User may withdraw consent to marketing at any time, at no cost and without prejudice to the use of the services.
4. Processors and recipients
The data may be processed, for their respective technical purposes, by third-party service providers acting as data processors, including Cloudflare, Inc. (infrastructure and security), Keap/Infusionsoft (CRM and email) and Help Scout (customer support). Access may also be had by internal administrative staff, external professional consultants (accountants, lawyers, tax advisers), technical maintenance providers and, where provided by law, the competent authorities.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards under the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention and security
The data are kept for the time necessary for the stated purposes and in any case in compliance with the terms of the law. We adopt adequate security measures, including encrypted systems, access controls, staff training on confidentiality obligations and tracking of access to the data.
7. User rights
Under articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the User may request: confirmation of the existence of the data, access, rectification, erasure («right to be forgotten»), restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and the lodging of a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Cookie Policy.
The site uses technical cookies necessary for it to work and, subject to consent, non-essential cookies (for example statistical or marketing cookies).
